Young Talent Program
Our young professionals are ready to become valuable members of your team. Their educational background and ambitions align well with what you are looking for. Throughout the traineeship, they receive intensive guidance from our talent managers. The custom-made program focuses on soft skills, hard skills and monthly mentoring. Every three months, we conduct progress meetings to ensure everything is on track. If needed, adjustments can be made to adapt to changing situations. Upon completion of the one-year program, they have the opportunity to continue working in your company for an extended period through a direct contract. We are successful when the young professional remains working at your company.

Soft skills
Every Young Talent will be assigned to a Talent Manager/Personal Coach from the beginning. This monthly coaching aims to enhance their personal and professional skills, including Time Management, Communication, Presentation Skills and more. The coach is the initiator of the personal development plan, which is set-up together with the manager, the young talent and the coach.
Role specific skills
Every role and company demands specific skills. Whether it's diving deep into hydrogen, tackling net congestion, or exploring another topic in the energy transition, this can become part of the program. This part of the program is custom-made to suit the unique needs of the role, your team and your company. Our talent manager, the young talent and the manager create this part of the development plan together. This ensures everyone's on the same page with tasks, expectations, and the necessary plan. Every three months, we'll have a check-in with the three of us to track progress, making sure everything's going smoothly. If changes are needed, we're able to adjust the program.
Learning on the job
This may seem obvious, but our experience teaches us that graduates often have much to discover and also need to acclimate to the rhythm of a 5-day workweek. Therefore, we are there to facilitate and guide, to ensure that they gain a comprehensive understanding of the business and the environment. Our role is to facilitate and guide them, making sure they acquire a comprehensive understanding of the business. Our talent managers/personal coaches are dedicated to supporting them on this journey.
