Soft skills
From the start, you're teamed up with a Talent Manager/Personal Coach. Together, you'll determine your development program. Get ready for monthly coaching sessions that boost your personal and professional development. This part of the program covers skills, such as Time Management, Communication, Presentation, and a whole lot more. Your coach is there to help you out during the whole program. Here's the deal: you'll set aside a part of your time for some seriously awesome development activities. Let's level up together!
Role specific skills
Every role and company demands specific skills. Whether it's diving deep into hydrogen, tackling net congestion, or exploring another topic in the energy transition, we've got you covered. This part of the program is custom-made to suit the unique needs of your role, the company, and the industry. Our talent manager, you and your manager teams up to create this part of the development plan. This ensures everyone's on the same page with tasks, expectations, and the necessary game plan. Every three months, we'll have a check-in with the three of us to track progress, making sure everything's going smoothly. If tweaks are needed, we're all about that flexibility. Let's keep the momentum going!
Learning on the job
It might sound obvious, but our gig is helping you navigate the ins and outs of the organization. As fresh grads you have a lot on your plate – from figuring out the workplace vibe to getting used to the whole 5-days-a-week rhythm. We're here to make that transition smoother for you. Think of us as your trusty guides, making sure you not only grasp the ins and outs of the business but also build up enough self-confidence and resilience to carve your path in the organisation.
