Project & Stakeholder Manager - woningen Nederland

The Netherlands is facing a massive sustainability challenge with existing homes. In total, around 8 million homes need to be made more sustainable. The execution of this sustainability effort needs to be accelerated. At the current pace, we won't meet the climate goals. This calls for new approaches where sustainability is much more customer-oriented and standardized, leading to shorter lead times and improved productivity.

To address this, the government has launched a program: Verbouwstromen, with a specific goal of renovating 100,000 homes per year. Now, a quick explanation of this technical term: We've called all sustainability works on homes Verbouwstromen, from solar panels, heat pumps, double glazing, to roof insulation. This program is in collaboration with De Bouwcampus, Stroomversnelling, TKI Construction and Technology, and TKI Urban Energy.
