Over the past years, both founders, Hans & Ruben loved to work with young talent. Via a mutual friend their paths crossed. Both have an entrepreneurial spirit, share the mutual vision to be meaningful for the people around them. This is how NRG Partners was founded, with the mission to accelerate the energy transition by enriching companies with ambitious young talent.

Manou acquired valuable experience as a recruiter in the technical sector, overseeing the recruitment of young technical talent. Concurrently, she is in the final years of her bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Retail Management.

Hans started his career as recruiter and was commercial director of Solid Professionals the last 15 years. He invented the young talent program, and successfully trained over 300 graduates via this program within the banking and IT sector. He has extensive experience in recruiting, managing young talent and working with partners.

Ruben started his career at GKN Fokker and joined the young potential program. As young talent, he obtained a solid understanding of different trainings. As COO of a scale up within the solar development & construction, he gained experience in working and recruiting young talent and understanding their needs.
