Over the past years, both founders, Hans & Ruben loved to work with young talent. Both have an entrepreneurial spirit, share the mutual vision to be meaningful for the people around them.  This is how NRG Partners was founded, with the mission to accelerate the energy transition by enriching companies with ambitious young talent.

​A frequently asked question is: why South African talent? There are several reasons. First and foremost, they are incredible individuals—highly motivated, well-educated, and possessing a strong work ethic. An important advantage is their language background; with Afrikaans as a foundation, South Africans can learn Dutch relatively quickly. Additionally, many already have friends, family, or acquaintances in the Netherlands, providing an existing social network for support. And, of course, the NRG Partners team loves visiting South Africa to connect with amazing people! 😀
